This policy is only applicable for products purchased from us directly, including at theralogix.com. If you purchased from a different retailer, please refer directly to their return/refund policy. 

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our Customer Service team at (833) 249-2421. You can also click the "help" button located at the bottom of your screen or complete the "Contact Us" form.  

Unopened Items: Unopened bottles or boxes of Theralogix product(s) can be returned for a refund within 45 days of purchase for any reason. Refunds will be issued, minus the cost of shipping. If you have otherwise opened the product and are dissatisfied with it, please refer to the terms of our Satisfaction Guarantee.  

Opened or Used Items: Opened and/or used products purchased within 90 days are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for store credit to use at theralogix.com.     

Expired Products: Unfortunately, expired products cannot be returned for a refund or replacement. 

Please note that all product return requests must be reviewed and authorized by our Customer Service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
