SUGGESTED USE
Women (19 years and older): 1 scoop 2 times per day (1 scoop = 2.3 g). Mix one scoop of powder into any non-carbonated liquid and drink slowly with a meal. Ovasitol Plus contains myo-inositol and d-chiro-inositol in the body’s naturally occurring ratio of 40 to 1. Studies have shown that taking a combination of these two forms, in this ratio, is more beneficial than other inositol ratios or taking either myo-inositol or d-chiro inositol alone.
