        Do not take both ConceptionXR products at the same time. Take ONE ConceptionXR product or the other. Taking both products together would provide a higher dose of nutrients than recommended.

        How long should I take ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula?
        We recommend taking ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula for at least three months before trying to conceive. Sperm development, also known as spermatogenesis, is a complex process, and it can take up to three months for sperm to fully mature and be ready to function at their best. Most men continue ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula until pregnancy is achieved.
        Are there side effects from ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula?
        No. There are no expected side effects from ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula.
        Can I take other nutritional supplements with ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula?
        Yes. If you are currently taking a low-dose multivitamin, you can continue to take it in addition to ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula. However, taking additional high amounts of nutrients that are in ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula is generally not recommended.
        Does ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula interact with any prescription medications?

        Antibiotics: Taking zinc (in ConceptionXR Reproductive Health) along with antibiotics can decrease their absorption and effectiveness. Depending on which antibiotic is prescribed, you may need to separate ConceptionXR Reproductive Health from the antibiotic, as indicated below.

      • Cephalexin (Keflex): Take at least 3 hours before ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula.
      • Tetracycline antibiotics (doxycycline, minocycline, demeclocycline): Separate by 4 hours
      • Quinolone antibiotics (ciprofloxacin (Cipro), gemifloxacin (Factive), levofloxacin (Levaquin), Moxifloxacin (Avelox)): Separate by 6 hours.
