What is coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)?
CoQ10 is a vitamin-like nutrient found in nearly every cell of your body. It lives in the mitochondria, which is often referred to as the “powerhouse of the cell,” and plays a huge role in energy production. CoQ10 also acts as an antioxidant for the maintenance of good health.
